# Overviews of skills and entrustment levels

For each type of skill tracked in the portfolio, a number of overview pages are available. These overviews help monitor the entrustment levels of the entire group and track changes.
## Levels Overview
The Levels overview provides an overview of the current entrustment levels of all portfolios for a chosen subject.
* Filtering: You can filter this overview to see only individuals with a specific level.
* Viewing details: You can click through to the detail page of the skill in the specific portfolio by clicking on the learner's name.
## Mutations Overview
The Mutations overview provides an overview of the changes in entrustment levels that have occurred in a specific period. In the overview, you can see the issued entrustment statements, the person concerned, and the skill with the new level.
* Filtering: You can filter this overview by period and by the level of the entrustment statement.
* Exporting: You can also download the data in this overview. This is particularly useful if you periodically need to register which entrustment levels have changed in another system.
