# Reflection

In some portfolios, it is possible to write a Reflection. This is a form that is completed independently by the learner. You can find this under Individualized Education Plan > Reflection.
## Completing and signing a reflection
A reflection form is signed only by the learner. No intervention or signature from an assessor is required to finalize the form.
## Linking to learning goals
You can link a reflection form to [personal goals](https://help.reconcept.nl/en/article/personal-goals-in-the-portfolio-2kht7a/). It will then appear in the history of those goals, which helps in tracking the progress of the learner.

### Visibility and access
Just like other forms, a reflection is not only visible to the portfolio owner, but also to anyone with Full access rights. This allows those responsible for monitoring development to view the written reflections.
