# The Reconcept app

We recommend everyone install the Reconcept app. It provides the best experience for daily use, allowing you to request feedback and record learning moments directly on the shop floor.

The mobile app is available for iOS and Android. You can find the app by searching for "Reconcept" in the stores or by using the links below:

## App vs. Web Environment
The app is specifically designed for use during your workday. Please keep the following in mind:
* Practical Focus: We aim to ensure the app is fully equipped for the tasks you perform daily on the work floor (such as completing forms and viewing your portfolio).
* Administrative Tasks: Not all functionalities from the web environment are available in the app. Specifically, administrative and management tasks, such as user management, can only be performed via the web environment.
