# Ik ben mijn pincode vergeten. Wat nu?

Als je je pincode kwijt bent, dan kun je nog steeds inloggen met je wachtwoord. Als je ingelogd bent, kun je je [pincode wijzigen](https://help.reconcept.nl/nl/article/je-pincode-wijzigen-3p35mh/) onder account-instellingen.

Is de applicatie afgeschermd door het pincodescherm, klik dan eerst op **Uitloggen** en log opnieuw in met je wachtwoord.
