Change role
Has a user finished their program or do they need to receive a new role? If so, change the role. To change an account's role, follow these steps:
- Navigate to User Management
- Search through All Users in this organization for the user whose role you want to change
- Choose Change role
- Select the appropriate role for the different types of portfolios that (may) be active in your organization
