Permissions and viewing rights per user changes
As portfolio owner you are in control of how many permissions and viewing rights a user has in your portfolio. If you add a user via access management in your portfolio, this user will have default access rights.
However, as described above, there are different permissions per role and degrees of viewing rights. As a portfolio owner you can change these permissions and viewing rights of a supervisor. You can manage this through the following steps:
In your portfolio go via the key icon to Access management and click on the organization of the supervisor in question
Place your cursor on the supervisor in question (If you have not yet added the supervisor to you portolio, see Granting access)
A pencil appears, click on it
Under Role in this portfolio you can expand the basic role of the user. It is also shown here which rights the user with the role will get
Under Viewing rights you can set how much access a supervisor will have in your portfolio
After the changes, don't forget to click on Save
