You decide which information you are registered with by us and your colleagues. You can choose if you want to use your initial(s) or your first name or a title.

By adding an photo to your account, other users can easily see who you are. It's also possible to add an photo in the app. You can then choose to use a photo that's already on your phone or you can make a new one with you camera right away.
