Reconcept EPA in a nutshell
Professional Activities
In Reconcept EPA Portfolio you keep track of your personal progress, experience and level in various professional activities. Do you have a high enough level of experience? Then your supervisor may issue a higher level of independence. The ultimate goal is to be allowed to perform all professional activities independently and that your journey toward this is viewable. Professional activities can be EPAs, operations or skills, for example.
Learning Activities
You record your various learning moments in the portfolio. You do this by adding various learning activities, linking them to the relevant professional activity and then having your supervisor sign the level at which you have gained experience. Also, your supervisor can give substantive feedback right away. In this way, you collect data on your progress and create your own learning path and level for each professional activity.
Your program provides various feedback and assessment forms with which you can demonstrate your progress in a recognizable professional activity. We call the collection of all completed feedback and assessment forms '**learning activities'**. Have you collected enough learning activities to demonstrate that you are ready for the next level? Then apply for a declaration of competence! Based on all the information you collect in a professional activity, your supervisors can determine if you are ready for the next level.
