Add new users

When a new user comes to work in your organization, you can add them as a new user. Depending on the role you give them, they will have access to the portfolios in the organization or they can start using their portfolio. More information about access can be found here: Roles & Rights

To add a new user, follow these steps:

From the dashboard, go to User Management

Use the green Add new user button

Select de desired role

Then enter the user's email address

Then enter the Dutch BIG number (if applicable)

If applicable for your role, you can also provide a portfolio

After you add someone, they will receive an activation email to activate their account and go through the onboarding process. If someone in your organization has lost his or her activation email, you can resend it.

If a user already has an account with EPA Reconcept , it is recognized by the email address. You then add the existing account to your organization, giving this user an additional role. A user therefore always keeps one account. Different roles and portfolios can be attached to one account. Multiple accounts on the same owner is not desirable.

Have you added a new user and also given portfolio? Then pay attention! The reference date for active portfolios is on the last day of the month. So if you create an account with portfolio for January, create it on January 1 and not on December 31. This is because in the latter case, you will also pay for December. This does not apply to organizations that pay annually. You can read more about this in Billing

Dutch BIG number



For some roles in EPA Reconcept Portfolio, a Dutch BIG number is required and a check is done with the Dutch BIG register so that we know that our users are registered specialists (whether in training or not). To simplify this, there is a link to the national Dutch BIG register so that a user can be easily looked up. For some roles it is not necessary to add a BIG number.

For security reasons it is not possible to change your BIG number yourself, please contact us at support@reconcept.nl if the BIG number is incorrect.
