Can I call the support team as well?
Reconcept EPA's support department cannot be reached by phone. This is for several reasons.
First, the asked questions require a lot of research. If this is done on the phone, you spend a lot of time waiting because of the research work that takes place on the other end of the line. By doing this via email, you only spend time typing the email, after which we take over and figure it out. This way there are no queues and everyone's time is used as efficiently as possible.
Also, based on the mails we receive, we accurately keep track of which questions come up frequently, in order to optimize the support we provide as much as possible. The questions are analyzed and categorized, revealing how we can improve the process.
In addition, a telephone conversation cannot be listened back to. With an email, you can read back exactly what was said, and thus calmly process all the information. You can also, for example, forward the response to a colleague who has the same questions.
Reconcept EPA's support staff is trained to answer in as much detail and comprehensiveness as possible, in order to provide you with the best possible service. A conscious decision was made not to have a call center team, as this would be at the expense of the quality of the assistance provided.
Of course, the mail has a bad image of a long response time. However, we make a promise to always respond within one working day (24 hours), and you can rely on this. This way, we offer the high response rate with a substantive, comprehensive answer to help you as efficiently as possible.
