  • Can I call the support team as well?
    Reconcept EPA's support department cannot be reached by phone. This is for several reasons. First, the asked questions require a lot of research. If this is done on the phone, you spend a lot of time waiting because of the research work that takes place on the other end of the line. By doing this via email, you only spend time typing the email, after which we take over and figure it out. This way there are no queues and everyone's time is used as efficiently as possible.
