The Dashboard

From the Reconcept dashboard, you can reach all the important parts of the platform. Here, you will find the information and components currently relevant to you.

Navigating the dashboard

After logging in, you arrive at your dashboard. In the web environment, you will see a sidebar menu on the left with the sections you can visit. This menu is context-sensitive; it changes based on your current context, such as viewing the details of a specific portfolio. You can choose to collapse this sidebar for more screen space. In the top right, you will find your profile picture or initials, which provide access to your Account Settings.

Action items and notifications

The Action items section displays all actions expected of you, such as an invitation to complete an assessment. You can switch to the Drafts and outstanding items overview to see which items are pending action from someone else. Action items disappear automatically once resolved.

Additionally, under the bell icon in the top right of your dashboard, you will find a comprehensive overview of all your notifications. In the mobile app, these components (action items and notifications) are not located on the dashboard but under a separate menu item with the bell icon.

New for you

The New for you section displays information specifically relevant to your training or organization. Here, you will also find news and updates about the Reconcept platform and useful tips for optimizing workplace learning together.

Quick links...

Under the Quick links... heading, you will find direct links to sections that are highly important to you, such as your own portfolio or the continuous professional development calendar.

All portfolios you have access to

If you have access to others' portfolios, you will see this section on your dashboard. You can choose to display these portfolios as tiles or a list. You can also filter the overview by portfolio type and your relationship to the owner (e.g., to only show portfolios for which you are the supervisor). In the app, you can find this section via the folder icon in the bottom menu.

Quick actions

You can start an assessment or other learning activity directly from your dashboard using the Add or plus button.
