User data changes

As an administrator, you have the authority to change users' personal data. However, this is only possible if the user in question has not yet started using his or her account. Otherwise, only the account owner him or herself has the authority to change his or her personal data.

For example, you can change the email address of a user you have added to the organization, e.g. if you have made a typo in the email address. To do this, navigate in user management under Users in this organization and search for the user in question. Click on the person and select the Change data tile.
