How do I add someone who already has an account?

If a user already has an account on Reconcept EPA , it is recognized by the email adress. You then add the existing account to your organiztion and this user thus gets an additional role. A user therefore always keeps one account. Different roles and protfolios can be attached to one account. Multiple account on the same owner is not desirable.

• Go via the dashboard to User Management
  
• Use the greenAdd **new user **button
  
• Select de desired role

• Enter the email address of the user, the user will appear and you can add the role
