How do I send a new activation email?
If someone in your organization has lost his or her activation email, you can resend it.
- From the dashboard, go to User Management
- Use the blue button All users in the organization
- Navigate to the user in question
- Click on the blue button Resend activation email
The user will receive the new activation email at the linked email address and can now activate their account.
