How do I send a new activation email?

If someone in your organization has lost his or her activation email, you can resend it.

From the dashboard, go to User Management

Use the blue button All users in the organization

Navigate to the user in question

Click on the blue button Resend activation email

The user will receive the new activation email at the linked email address and can now activate their account.
