What to do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password button on the login screen. Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to set a new password. You can also change your password yourself via account settings.
If you no longer have access to the email address to which you have set your account to, and you do not remember your password, please contact our support department ( support@reconcept.nl). Mention in the email your old email address with your Dutch BIG number (if you have one) and the new email address you want to link your account to.
