Contacting our support team

We want to ensure you get answers to your questions about using Reconcept as quickly as possible. To achieve this, we have developed various resources to help you get back on track immediately.

Finding answers yourself

  • Support Center: We keep this support center up to date and constantly expand it with new articles and frequently asked questions. There is a good chance you will find your answer here.
  • AI Chatbot: In the bottom right of the support center, you will find our AI chatbot. You can ask it questions directly for quick, substantive answers.

Personal support

If the chatbot or the articles don't provide the solution, we are here to help:

  • Personal assistance via chat: You can ask the chatbot for personal help. Your request will then be forwarded to our support department. Please note that our support department is not staffed all day, so live chatting with an employee is not always possible.
  • Email: Our support department can be reached every business day at support@reconcept.nl. You can contact us with questions, problem reports, or feedback and ideas. We aim to answer every inquiry within one business day.

Support by phone

We cannot be reached directly by phone. Support questions often require some investigation, which means calling is usually not faster in practice. Working via email allows us to help all users more efficiently.

  • If we need more information after an email exchange, we may suggest scheduling a (video) call.
  • If you would still very much like to be called, please send an email with your phone number and a brief description of your question, and we will look into the possibilities.
