Reporting bugs and issues

It may happen that something doesn't go quite right in Reconcept. We realize this can be annoying, and we want to do everything we can to resolve it for you as quickly as possible. You can report these issues to our support team.

What do we need to help you?

To properly understand and reproduce a problem, we need the following information:

  • The error message: Information shown in the error message, such as an error code and version number.
  • Steps taken: Exactly which steps did you take that led to the error message?
  • Platform: Are you working in the mobile app or the web environment?
  • Browser (for web): Which browser were you using (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox)?
  • Screenshot: It helps immensely if you can attach a screenshot of the situation.

Error in a specific form?

If the error occurs within a specific form (such as an assessment or report), please also include these details:

  • Form details: The title and the date.
  • Owner: Who is the owner of the portfolio in question?
  • Users involved: Which users have been added to the form?
