How do I add an residency supervisor?
When creating an residency in your education plan, you can easily grant access to the relevant supervisor(s) right away.
This is done using the following steps:
Navigate to 'Goals' and create a new residency. This is done by clicking on 'Edit residencies' and then selecting 'Add residency'.
Choose the name of the residency and fill in the required fields. Make sure you select the correct location and organization.
Select the relevant EPAs.
Next, you can grant the desired residency supervisor access to your portfolio
If you have already created the residency, you can still easily change the residency supervisor. You do this by selecting the residency in your education plan and then clicking on 'Edit Residency' so you can go to residency supervisor and select a desired supervisor.
You can also use Portfolio Settings > Access Management to give a user the role of residency supervisor. This role is associated with certain rights that give the user more access to your protfolio. To do this, click on the pencil icon that appears when your cursor is on the supervisor's name, and change the role to Residency Supervisor.
