Integrations
Reconcept EPA uses a number of integrations within Reconcept EPA. These integrations ensure that your portfolio may be linked to other accounts you work with. These are explained below.
Is your Integrations not listed? Send an e-mail to support@reconcept.nl, so we can see what is possible. An overview of your integrations can be found by navigating to "Integration" in your Reconcept EPA account via the menu on the left.
The user management of Reconcept EPA is linked to the official Dutch BIG-register. The BIG-register is a Dutch register, in which persons working in healthcare are included.
This only applies to medical training programs. Reconcept EPA portfolio is linked to the register so that we can be sure that our users are officially registered.
Reconcept EPA is accessible via Single Sign-On and can be linked with all relevant systems to make the platform even better suited to your situation. Single sign-on software allows end users to log in once after which access is automatically provided to multiple applications and resources in the network.
Surfconext: Because of the link with SurfConext users in all UMC's in the Netherlands and other affiliated institutions can login to Reconcept EPA with their own training account.
If you own a Moodle account. You can link it to your Reconcept EPA account, with this all your certificates are directly put in your portfolio.
Linking is easy and takes about a minute of your time.
Log in to [](https://dlo.demedischspecialist.nl/)your Moodle account, go to your account (top right) and click link (plug icon).
Select Reconcept EPA and follow the instructions.
You will receive an email to confirm the connection. You will also receive a notification of the pairing in Reconcept EPA.
You can easily manage the connection (connect or disconnect). To do so, log in within Reconcept EPA and select "My Integrations" in the menu on the left.
