My account has been blocked, now what?
If you have tried to log in five times with an incorrect email address and password, your account will be blocked. If your account is blocked, an email will be sent to the email address that your account is set to. With this mail you can reset your password, which will unblock your account. Then use your email address and new password to log in again.
