Some parts of my imported portfolio are missing. Where can I find them?

For specific user groups, we transfer the old (non-Reconcept) portfolio to Reconcept. It is possible that you cannot find all components after this import. There could be several reasons for this:

  • The export from your old portfolio provider only includes validated/completed forms. Drafts from your old portfolio are not included in that case; you must enter them again separately in Reconcept.
  • In consultation with your training program, we have agreed that some components will not be included in the import, such as certificates of competence. You set these up once again in Reconcept.
  • It is also possible that not all components could be properly categorized. This means that Reconcept could not automatically find where some forms should go in your new portfolio. It is possible to categorize these forms yourself and indicate where you want them. You can find these forms under Portfolio Settings > Import old portfolio.
