The Reconcept EPA app
With the Reconcept EPA portfolio app you can collect briefly and quickly feedback in practice. Your supervisor can approve completed feedback and assessments directly on your phone using his PIN. So you don't have to use two separate devices.
Note: The app has less functionality than the browser environment on a laptop or computer. We are working on adding more functionalities soon. More information on how to use the app and what you can do with it can be found in this article
You can find the app by searching Reconcept EPA Portfolio. The app can be used on iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. You can find the app by searching in the Apple Appstore or Google Play Store.
In the menu you will find the folowing options:
The home icon leads back to the home screen.
The user icon leads to your portfolio.
The plus button in the middle allows you to add and request learning activities and learning tools. This can be for your own portfolio or for a portfolio of someone you has given you access.
The bell icon leads to the overview of your pending actions and drafs.
What do you see on the home screen?
From the home screen you have the possibility to give feedback (as supervisor) or ask for feedback (as portfolio owner). Here you can also navigate to your own portfolio if you are a portfolio owner. If you click on your own profile picture at the top right of the screen you navigate to account settings.
My account
You find My Account by clicking on your own picture in the home screen.
You have a number of options here. Here you can navigate to the documentation of your own program, give us feedback or navigate to our support environment.
Via the key icon you navigate to Account Settings. Here you can set a number of things for your account related to the app.
Notifications: specify whether you want to receive (push) notifications on your phone.
PIN: change your PIN here.
Fingerprint and/or face recognition: if your phone supports it, you can use fingerprint or face recognition to log into your own phone without entering your PIN.
Set photo: set a photo here so you can be easily recognized within Reconcept.
Access management
The access management is also available in the app, with this you give your organization access to your portfolio, after which you can also immediately receive assessments from the supervisors in this organization.
Through your portfolio and the 'Portfolio settings' option you will see the access management option. By using the access control in the app, you can easily indicate on your phone wether you want to give or revoke access to an organization or a person.
