Why can't a supervisor see my portfolio?

A possible cause could be that you have not yet given access to your portfolio to the organization he or she works for. Check this in Access management via the key icon in the gray bar at the top of the screen, here you can see which organizations and individual users have access to your portfolio.

If access has been granted, it could be that the desired supervisor does not have an account (yet) or is regstered in another organization. Organization administrators can add missing staff members to the organization.
