Manage organization
Organization management is done by the user with administrator rights. You can see who has which role in your organization and the corresponding (default) rights and viewing rights in portfolios. You can also see which portfolios are active. Manage multiple organizations It is possible to manage multiple organizations, but you need to have administrator rights for these organizations. Has a user finished their program or do they need to receive a new role? If so, change the role. When a new user comes to work in your organization, you can add them as a new user. Depending on the role you give them, they will have access to the portfolios in the organization or they can start using their portfolio. The portfolio can be temporarily deactivated in case of leave, absence or other reasons where the training is temporarily stopped. Billing is based on the number of active portfolios managed by the organization. A portfolio is immediately active from the moment of its creation. A portfolio is always managed by one program. Usually, this is the organization that created the portfolio (or where the portfolio was created at launch), but the billing of a portfolio can also be taken over. If the user is no longer working in the organization then you can remove them from the organization. By doing so you only remove the user's role in the organization and not the user's account. You can do this by following these steps: Go to User Management Go to Users in this organization Select the person to be deleted Use the button Remove from organization This will remove the role and the rights of the user in the organization. The User Management of the organization is not the same as the access you see on your dashboard. In a organization's user management, you see all the Reconcept EPA users who have a role in the organization. Based on the role in the organization, they can access a portfolio with the associated privileges and permissions that come with the role. Access to a portfolio is in the hands of the portfolio owner. On your dashboard you can see all the portfolios you have access to. AFew readersComplete portfolio
When the portfolio owner has finished the training his/her portfolio can be completed, this also stops the billing. When the portfolio is fully completed and the last forms are approved, the organization administrator completes the portfolio. The portfolio owner can then view the portfolio for another 5 years and export the portfolio if necessary. As an administrator, you have the authority to change users' personal data. However, this is only possible if the user in question has not yet started using his or her account. Otherwise, only the account owner him or herself has the authority to change his or her personal data. The role you set for a user determines the authorizations and access rights in portfolios. The training determines in advance which roles get which privileges and access rights. It is therefore important that you always give the correct role to a user! With maximum authorizations you can change levels of competence in portfolios and only persons who are authorized to do so may grant this.
