Access by organization

Under Access management you can see all the locations involved in your portfolio. Organizations will appear here automatically when you create a residency in the relevant organization. Before the start of your residency you can grant the training group access here. You will receive a reminder two weeks before the start of each residency. You can also manually grant a organization access. If necessary, deny access to the entire organization; be aware that no one in that department will be able to contribute to your portfolio until you grant access again.
