Troubleshooting access issues
Are you not seeing the portfolios or assessors you expect to see? There are several ways to check if the access rights are set up correctly.
Understanding roles and permissions
To properly check if settings are correct, it is important to know how the platform's structure works. First read our article about Roles and Permissions in Reconcept so that you understand how roles and permissions work in our platform and how they relate to each other.
Checking as a portfolio owner
If the learner does not see the correct assessors, they can check the settings themselves in Access Management. This overview lists everyone who currently has access to the portfolio. It is also possible to check here whether access for specific persons is actually activated.
Checking as an assessor
If you as an assessor cannot find a portfolio on your dashboard, you can check your own permissions in My Roles. Here you can see exactly which organization roles you have and which individual portfolios you have been granted access to. If a portfolio is not listed here, access has likely not yet been granted by the portfolio owner.
