As a portfolio owner, you have a lot of control over who can view your portfolio and who is allowed to contribute to it. In Access Management, which you can find under your Portfolio Settings (or through the key-icon in the web environment), you can see exactly who has access and modify this access. From Access Management, you as the portfolio owner can grant new users access to your portfolio. This allows you to decide who can view your progress or who is allowed to complete assessments. Adding persons manually To grant access to one or more persons, select Add persons. In the mobile app, choose Add organization if it concerns an organization that is not yet in your list. After selecting the correct organization, you will see an overview of persons who have a role in that organization bPopularChanging previously granted access
From Access Management, you as a portfolio owner can modify the access of users already linked to the portfolio at any time. This allows you to maintain control over who can see and do what. Adjusting an existing role If you want to change an existing role, click the pencil icon next to the person in question in the web environment. In the app, you do this by tapping the role itself.
