    When you follow different training programs throughout your career, you often build up multiple portfolios within Reconcept. To bring your previous experiences and evidence into a new portfolio, you can easily copy items. This is particularly useful when starting a follow-up specialization after a basic training, allowing you to keep relevant assessments or reports in your current environment. You can find this feature in your current portfolio under Portfolio settings Copy items from ReconcepPopular
  • Managing skills and topics in your portfolio
    In your portfolio settings, you can see all types of topics currently active in your portfolio. Depending on the setup of your training program, you can also add new topics here to track your development. You can find this under Portfolio settings Topics the topic type , for example EPAs or Procedures.   • Exporting your portfolio
    You can export all assessments and statements of proficiency from your portfolio as a collection of PDF files. This is useful if you want to keep a local copy of your complete file or share your evidence outside of the platform.   • Completing or deactivating your portfolio temporarily
    If you no longer need your portfolio or will not be using it for a while, you can deactivate it. You can find this option under Portfolio settings Deactivate portfolio. Deactivation status To deactivate your portfolio, you first indicate whether it is a temporary deactivation or if the portfolio has been fully completed.   • Deleting your portfolio
    Within the platform, you have the option to completely delete the portfolio if you no longer wish to use it.
