Deleting your portfolio

Within the platform, you have the option to completely delete the portfolio if you no longer wish to use it.

Requirements for deletion

The option to completely delete the portfolio is only visible if the portfolio has first been deactivated.

Cooling-off period and permanent deletion

When you choose to delete the portfolio, a seven-day cooling-off period follows. During this period, you can undo the deletion via this same screen. After the cooling-off period, the portfolio is permanently deleted.

Please note: deleting the portfolio is permanent; even we cannot undo this after deletion. Check carefully whether you or your organization still need any content from the portfolio, and consider creating an export first.

Automatic deletion due to inactivity

After a portfolio has been inactive for five years, it is automatically deleted by us. You will receive a warning before this happens. You can prevent this by having the portfolio activated by an organization at least once during this period.
