Exporting your portfolio

You can export all assessments and statements of proficiency from your portfolio as a collection of PDF files. This is useful if you want to keep a local copy of your complete file or share your evidence outside of the platform. You can find this option in the portfolio under Portfolio settings > Export portfolio.

Requesting an export

To create an export, click the button Send me an export. You will then receive an email containing a link to download the export. Please keep in mind that generating the file may take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the size of your portfolio.

Content of the export

The export consists of a zip file containing a PDF version of all forms and statements of proficiency from your portfolio. If any original attachments were added to these items, they will also be included in the export.

Additional information

Receiving the email

The email containing the download link is sent to both your primary email address and your configured backup email address.

Storage and validity

The generated export file is stored on our server for a limited time only. It is therefore important that you save a local copy of the file immediately after downloading, as the link will stop working after some time.
