Managing skills and topics in your portfolio

In your portfolio settings, you can see all types of topics currently active in your portfolio. Depending on the setup of your training program, you can also add new topics here to track your development. You can find this under Portfolio settings > Topics > [the topic type], for example EPAs or Procedures.

Viewing and adding topics

The settings page provides an overview of all categories and specific skills or other topics linked to your portfolio. Depending on your program, topics may be mandatory, optional, or a combination of both. To add new topics, click the button [Add topics] and select the items you wish to include. If no topics are visible here, it means all available topics have already been added to your portfolio.

Creating custom topics

In certain portfolios, it is possible to add your own custom topics. This availability depends on the configuration of your specific training program. If you have this option, clicking [Add topic] will first prompt you to choose between adding a custom topic or an existing topic from the library.

Hiding topics

You can hide a topic in your portfolio by clicking the eye icon. This allows you to make topics that are no longer relevant invisible without losing the underlying information. The topic will disappear from selection menus in forms and from the overviews on the various topic pages. Any forms linked to the topic remain visible in your portfolio, for instance in the All learning activities overview. You can always make a hidden topic visible again at a later time.
