The All learning activities page in the portfolio provides a chronological overview of all the learner's registrations and feedback moments. You can filter this overview to quickly find the specific data you are looking for.

Activity overview

The list displays the date, a description of the activity, and the involved assessor for each entry. The current status of the form is also shown. In the web environment, the overview additionally indicates if a form contains a proficiency level assessment. This applies to both formal statements of proficiency and informal feedback moments where a level was assessed.

Filtering the list

You can filter the overview by time. You can choose a specific start and end date, or select one of the placement periods defined for the respective portfolio.

Additionally, you can filter by form type and form status.

It is also possible to filter by subject. For example, you can choose from the skills relevant to the portfolio or the personal learning goals that have been set. Only forms linked to the selected subjects will be displayed.

Displaying narrative feedback

If you have the necessary viewing permissions, you can display narrative feedback (such as strengths and areas for improvement) directly within this overview in the web environment. This allows you to see qualitative feedback at a glance without having to open each form individually. You can do this by clicking the speech bubble icon located at the top right of the table.
