Portfolio summary

The portfolio home page in the web environment provides an immediate overview of the learner's current progress. It serves as the central location where all relevant information from a portfolio is gathered, allowing you to see its status and any required actions at a glance.

Basic information and profile

The top of the summary page displays the name of the learner and the type of portfolio. If a specific profile has been selected within the portfolio, it will be visible here. You also have the option to edit this profile directly from this section if you have the appropriate rights.

Action items and outstanding requests

The page features a block containing your current action items. This includes tasks you need to complete as well as items where you are waiting for a response from someone else. While these items also appear on your general Reconcept dashboard, they are filtered here to show only the tasks relevant to this specific portfolio.

Skills overview

You may find an overview of the skills that are active in your portfolio, along with the learner's current proficiency level. If educational requirements have been configured, this block also shows the expected final level and whether the learner has met that requirement. Read more about skills here.

Timeline and rotations

The summary page can include a timeline that visually displays rotations or training periods. From this timeline, you can click through to the individual page for a specific training period.

Personal learning goals

An overview of the learner's open learning goals may be displayed. This block helps you stay focused on current development points. For a complete overview of all goals, you can click through to the main page for goals.

Mandatory activities

If your program sets specific requirements for the number of assessments or other learning activities, a summary is available to track the learner's status. This allows you to quickly see if the learner has met the established criteria.

Recent assessments and meetings

This block displays a table with the most recent meeting records or other assessments. If you need to find an older report or view the complete archive, you can click through to the overview of all learning activities.
