Filling out a form and signing it

In Reconcept, we try to make the process of collecting feedback as easy as possible. Forms that need to be signed by an assessor can therefore always be handled directly, without the assessor needing to log in to their own device.

Starting an assessment

You can start filling out an assessment form on a device belonging to the learner or on a device belonging to the assessor. In both cases, you can complete the entire process at once without having to stop in between.

Approving the form

After you have filled out a form, you can choose to approve it. The assessor is then asked to enter their personal PIN on the screen. As soon as the PIN is entered, the form immediately receives the status Approved and the assessment is finalized. No more changes can be made to a form's contents after approval.

Submitting forms remotely

If the assessor is unable to sign at the moment of filling out the form, you as a learner can also choose to submit the form. It will then appear as an action item on the assessor's dashboard. Depending on the assessor's settings, they will also receive a notification via email or a push notification. You also have the option to send a reminder to the assessor if a response is pending.
