Selecting an assessor for forms

Various forms in Reconcept are signed by an assessor. The system offers flexibility in who can act as an assessor, depending on the type of form and the user's permissions.

Selecting available assessors

The options for choosing an assessor depend on the user's role. A learner chooses an assessor for each form from a list of available individuals. An assessor typically acts as the assessor themselves when creating a new form. Users with specific roles, such as program managers, have the option to set up a form for someone else or perform the assessment themselves.

When choosing an assessor, the system displays a list of individuals who already have access to the portfolio and are authorized to sign the specific form. Sometimes a list of other involved persons also appears. These are users who are allowed to sign the form but are not part of the primary target group, such as peers providing feedback.

Differences per form

The individuals appearing in the list may vary by form type. Short practical assessments can usually be signed by all assessors. Specific forms, such as interviews or competence certificates, are sometimes exclusively reserved for trainers.

Granting access to new assessors

If a desired person is not in the list but does have a Reconcept account, it is usually because they do not yet have access to the specific portfolio. A portfolio owner can grant access to a new person directly from the selection screen by selecting the organization and the respective person. After granting access, you can proceed with filling out the form.

Inviting assessors without an account

For certain forms, it is possible to invite an assessor who does not have a Reconcept account. This is done by entering the person's email address. The assessor then receives an invitation link that allows them to complete the form once.

Additional information

Changing the assessor

As long as a form has not yet been submitted or signed, it is possible to change the selected assessor. This can be done by opening the relevant form and adjusting the selection.
