Linking personal goals to forms
As a learner, you can link all forms to your personal goals and profiles. This allows you to demonstrate which learning activity triggered a learning goal or contributed to the further development of a specific goal.
Creating and linking new personal goals
You can create a new goal directly from within a form. The goal will then be automatically linked to that form. When creating it, you provide a title and a short description of the goal. You can also optionally set a target date by which you want to achieve the goal.
Linking to existing personal goals
It is also possible to link a form to a goal that is already present in the portfolio. When you make this link, you can add a short comment. In this comment, you explain how the learning activity is relevant to that specific goal, for example by describing what was learned in this situation.
Viewing linked forms
All forms linked to a learning goal appear in the history of that specific goal. This overview also displays the corresponding comment, ensuring the context of the link remains clear.

Modifying links
You can always modify or remove the link between a form and a goal. This remains possible even after a form has already been signed.
