The history of a goal

Every personal goal has its own history where major developments and actions become visible. Information is gathered in this overview in various ways, creating a timeline of the learner's growth.

Adding notes to a goal

Both the learner and the assessor can manually add notes to a goal. This is an accessible way to record a brief observation, an interim update, or an agreement made. These notes are preserved within the history of the goal.

Linking forms and evidence

To demonstrate that work has been done toward a goal, forms can be linked to goals. Once a form is linked, this activity appears on the goal's timeline. This makes it clear which specific learning activities have contributed to the development of that goal.

Evaluations from interviews

In certain interview forms, it is possible to evaluate open goals individually. When a goal is discussed during such an interview, the evaluation is automatically displayed on the goal's timeline. A direct link to the full interview form is also included for additional context.
