Adding a new personal goal

You can add a new goal to the portfolio in several ways. Depending on where you do this, the goal is either linked directly to a specific component or placed as a standalone goal in the overview.

Adding goals via the general overview

It is possible to create a goal without linking it directly to another part of the portfolio. In the web environment, you use the Add button for this. In the mobile app, you can use the plus button. Once created, the goal can be found immediately in the central goals overview within the portfolio.

Creating goals from forms

While completing a new form or viewing an existing one, a new goal can be added directly. The advantage of this method is that the goal is automatically linked to that specific form. This makes it immediately clear which learning activity contributes to achieving the goal.

Linking from a skill

A goal can also be created from the detail page of a specific skill. When you add a goal this way, it is immediately linked to that particular topic. The goal will then be visible on the detail page of that skill, ensuring personal ambitions within that topic are clearly displayed.
