Linking goals to other topics

You can link a goal to other topics in the portfolio, such as skills. This helps in setting goals that specifically support the achievement of certain skills. In this way, personal development is directly connected to the standard components of the training program.

Editing and linking goals

To link a goal to another topic, open the specific goal and select the Edit goal option. You can then indicate which other topics and stages are relevant to this goal. By establishing this link, you ensure that the progress of the learner is visible and traceable across various sections of the portfolio.
