Evaluating goals in an interview

In some interview forms, you can evaluate current personal goals directly. The evaluation is saved within the interview form and is also visible in the history of each individual goal. This provides a continuous overview of the learner's growth.

Evaluation while completing the form

If goals can be evaluated in an interview (commonly in progress reviews), this question will appear in one of the steps of the form. You will see all the goals that are currently open in the learner's portfolio. For each goal, an evaluation of recent developments can be entered.

Completing goals directly

During the evaluation, you can also indicate for each goal whether it has been achieved. If you select this, the goal will be automatically completed once the interview form has been signed.

Finding evaluations in the history

The evaluation written during the interview is automatically added to the history of that specific goal. In this overview, the evaluation text is displayed along with a direct link to the full interview form, allowing you to review the context of the evaluation at any time.
