Articles on: Assessments and other forms

Recording learning activities in the portfolio

Recording learning activities is an essential part of using Reconcept. Learning activities are all experiences that contribute to the professional development of a learner. These experiences can be documented in various forms within the portfolio, such as assessments, feedback moments, completed courses, or personal reflections.

Adding forms

Depending on the specific setup of the portfolio and the user's role, different types of forms can be added. In the web environment, this is done via the Add button in the top bar. In the mobile app, the plus button can be used for this purpose.

Completing and signing assessments

Many forms must be signed by an assessor. This process is designed so that the entire assessment can be completed on a single device and signed immediately. The assessor uses a personal PIN as a digital signature. If the assessor is not physically present, the learner can offer the form. The assessment will then appear as a pending action item in the assessor's environment.

Linking and retrieving activities

To display information in a structured way, forms can be linked to specific skills or other relevant topics. Through this linking, the activities become visible in the corresponding locations within the portfolio. A complete overview of all registered items is always available on the All learning activities page.
