Adding attachments to a form

In Reconcept, it is possible to add one or more attachments to most learning activities in the portfolio. This functionality is intended for adding supporting evidence to the items in the portfolio.

Adding attachments to a form

In most forms, adding attachments is optional, although some forms may explicitly request them. You can add documents or images to a form yourself under the 'Attachments' heading.

Viewing and downloading attachments

You can view an attachment by tapping it. Depending on the device you are using and the file type, some attachments are opened directly within the application. This usually applies to images, PDF files, and text documents. If the file cannot be displayed directly, you have the option to download the attachment to your own device.

Modifying or removing attachments

It is possible to modify or remove the attachments of a form as long as the form has not been signed yet. Once a form has been officially signed, the attachments can no longer be changed or removed.
