Statistics and overviews
If you have an administrator role in an organization with the Can view statistics option, you have access to the Statistics section. You can find this in the side menu on your dashboard. Here, you can consult statistics and other overviews per portfolio type. Access to data The content of overviews is also dependent on the portfolio roles you personally hold. There are two overviews that display user activity. These overviews help provide insight into how intensively the platform is being used within the organization. Types of activity overviews Learner activity: This overview provides a picture of the number of learning activities per learner and per type of activity. This allows you to see which learners are actively working on their portfolio and which components are frequently used. The Adjustment of training duration overview provides a quick look at which learners are progressing through their training faster or taking longer to complete it. How the overview works In the overview, you can see the nominal training duration and the average adjustment of the training duration within the group. The Latest progress review overview shows the most recent (or next scheduled) interview per portfolio. This is useful when scheduling interviews and wanting to determine when a follow-up interview is desirable. Using the overview You can filter this overview by a specific interview type to focus on, for example, progress or internship interviews. By clicking on a specific interview in the list, the interview is opened directly in the corresponding portfolio for further review.Few readersComparing portfolios
The Comparing portfolios overview provides a global overview of the activity within portfolios. Based on several factors, such as the number of recent learning activities and set personal learning goals, notable portfolios are highlighted. By hovering your mouse over a portfolio, you can see the criterion that each dot represents, such as the number of learning activities. For each type of skill tracked in the portfolio, a number of overview pages are available. These overviews help monitor the entrustment levels of the entire group and track changes.
