Comparing portfolios
The Comparing portfolios overview provides a global overview of the activity within portfolios. Based on several factors, such as the number of recent learning activities and set personal learning goals, notable portfolios are highlighted.
How the overview works
In the overview, you see each of the portfolios with a number of colored dots. By hovering your mouse over a portfolio, you can see the criterion that each dot represents, such as the number of learning activities.
- Yellow: The level of activity may be lower than desirable (for example: no learning activities were registered in the past month).
- Grey: Neutral.
- Green: The number is notably high.
If a portfolio has at least one positive or negative point, we place it under the 'Marked' heading so you can identify them quickly.
Note: We are not making a judgment on the training. The indicators are not linked to specific training requirements. Therefore, the overview only serves as a tool to quickly identify notable cases.
