Overview of Learner and Assessor Activity

There are two overviews that display user activity. These overviews help provide insight into how intensively the platform is being used within the organization.

Types of activity overviews

• Learner activity: This overview provides a picture of the number of learning activities per learner and per type of activity. This allows you to see which learners are actively working on their portfolio and which components are frequently used.
• Assessor activity: This overview provides a picture of how often assessors are involved in the learning activities of learners. It shows which staff members or supervisors frequently provide feedback or complete assessments.

Both overviews can be filtered for a specific period, allowing you to view activity over a particular month, quarter, or year.
