Adjustment of training duration overview

The Adjustment of training duration overview provides a quick look at which learners are progressing through their training faster or taking longer to complete it.

How the overview works

In the overview, you can see the nominal training duration and the average adjustment of the training duration within the group. In addition, you see the active portfolios broken down by their progress status: whether they are on track nominally, or seem likely to take a shorter or longer time to complete their training. By hovering your mouse over a specific portfolio, you can see the specific reduction or extension per person.

The overview is based on the adjustment to the training duration that can be entered in certain interview forms.
