Overviews of skills and entrustment levels

For each type of skill tracked in the portfolio, a number of overview pages are available. These overviews help monitor the entrustment levels of the entire group and track changes.

Levels Overview

The Levels overview provides an overview of the current entrustment levels of all portfolios for a chosen subject.

• Filtering: You can filter this overview to see only individuals with a specific level.
• Viewing details: You can click through to the detail page of the skill in the specific portfolio by clicking on the learner's name.

Mutations Overview

The Mutations overview provides an overview of the changes in entrustment levels that have occurred in a specific period. In the overview, you can see the issued entrustment statements, the person concerned, and the skill with the new level.

• Filtering: You can filter this overview by period and by the level of the entrustment statement.
• Exporting: You can also download the data in this overview. This is particularly useful if you periodically need to register which entrustment levels have changed in another system.
