Viewing your roles and permissions

Within Reconcept, you can always check which roles and access rights you have through your personal account settings. In the web environment, you can find this by clicking on your initials or profile picture in the top right corner and navigating to My roles. This allows you to see exactly what you can and cannot do within the various organizations and portfolios you are active in.

Roles in Reconcept

Under the heading Roles in Reconcept, you will see the specific role or roles assigned to you within organizations on the platform. For example, this shows if you are registered as a Trainer within a specific hospital department. While this role forms the basis of your rights and access, it is important to note that this does not automatically guarantee access to every portfolio. Portfolio owners retain control over who they grant access to their personal data. For a detailed explanation of this distinction, please refer to the article Roles in the department and in the portfolio [link naar "Rollen op de afdeling en in het portfolio"].

Access to other portfolios

Under the heading My roles in other portfolios, you will find an overview of the portfolios of other users that you currently have actual access to. For each portfolio, you can see the owner's name, the portfolio type, your specific role within that portfolio, and the level of access you have. If you need a detailed overview of your exact permissions within a specific portfolio, you can click the info icon for a specification of the rights.

Administrator roles

If you have been appointed as an administrator, you will see a separate section called Administrator roles. This section lists the organizations for which you have administrative rights and the specific actions you are authorized to perform within that environment.
